Celebrating International Women's Day with some of our awesome team
We took the day to celebrate our Women at Aiscorp with some cake and giving them the day off - last last part was a joke but we did have a good day with some delicious cake!
Sorry I didn't get a photo of the cake as it was devoured in seconds (and I also may have dropped some on the floor - 2 second rule though am I right?)
Women in the IT industry haven't always had the support, roles and confidence we do now. It is great to see the stigma of Men leading the industry disappear as we see more and more women in the industry and taking charge.
As a female it is empowering to see strong female leaders around me at Aiscorp in our own organisation and with all of our suppliers, partners and customers.
